Learn about artists who loved a glorious past before change overwhelmed them and how they celebrated it through art.

“Art in the Victorian Era”
Saturday, September 12, 2026, noon – 4:00 p.m.
Painting workshops throughout the afternoon and a tour with the curator at 2:15 p.m.
“Dying for Art”
Saturday, October 24, 2026, noon – 4:00 p.m.
A drop-in event where visitors will learn about experimental and toxic artists’ materials and find out which famous artists suffered or died for their work.
“Write Like a Victorian: A Literary Romp”
Sunday, November 15, 2026, 2:00 – 3:30 p.m.
Try your hand at writing a cringe-worthy Victorian-style opening line and recite it for all!
